Karhukahvi pulls the heaviest shot — earthy, bitter and strong enough to cut through milk in a flat white. Kettukahvi is the balanced everyday option and the one we would put in a home machine first. Susikahvi is the lighter, more chocolatey choice if you drink your espresso black.
