Refund policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our product and aim to provide only the highest quality coffee. Please see below details of our returns policy.

Right to change your mind
We offer our customers 14 days from the point of purchase to request a refund, without any explanation necessary, however any feedback you can provide us is always welcome, so we can continue to improve our service.

To be eligible, the product must be in an original and unopened, unused condition and returned to us at your own cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at kahviroast@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details of our returns address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We believe our coffee tastes fabulous consistently each and every time, however should you find the coffee to be defective, or of an inferior quality, please contact us at kahviroast@outlook.com, with an explanation and pictures and be prepared to return the product to us and we will do our utmost to make things right, either through a full refund including covering your carriage, to a replacement free of charge.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
