Shipping policy

Kahvi Roast is a Finnish-inspired coffee brand based in Toddington, Bedfordshire. Our coffee is roasted and bagged for us by an established Sheffield roastery, and posted to you directly from there.

What delivery costs
Delivery is £4.95. Delivery is free on orders of £25 or more. The cost is shown in your basket before you pay, so nothing is added at the final step.

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you would like coffee sent elsewhere, email us and we will tell you what is possible.

How long it takes
Orders are usually picked and dispatched within 2 working days. We send by Royal Mail 48, which normally arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Orders placed over a weekend are picked on the next working day.

If your order has not arrived
Royal Mail occasionally delays a parcel. If your coffee has not arrived within 7 working days of ordering, email us at hello@kahviroast.co.uk and we will chase it or arrange a replacement — whichever gets coffee to you faster.
